Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs (or provide a full refund without return, depending on the case).

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or purchased by mistake, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. No restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
